Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not been dispatched. Contact support to request a cancellation.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued for eligible cancellations or in cases of damaged or incorrect items. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method.

Workshops

Workshop fees are refundable up to 24 hours before the session start time. No-shows are not refundable.
